To Whom It May Concern:

I had the pleasure of presenting Lorna Bracewell at the Franklin Opera House last January. She was a joy to work with and we were very pleased with the outcome of the performance and workshop.

In the afternoon before the public concert, Lorna worked with a group of students from Franklin High School who are involved in music or drama at school. Each of the students went on stage and performed for the group. Lorna then worked with them to encourage them and offer suggestions for enhancing their performance. With Lorna's warm, engaging personality, the students obviously enjoyed working with her and learning from her.

The evening performance seemed to be enjoyed by all. The way that the songs were woven together with funny stories from Lorna's experiences made them come alive. There was a very diverse audience and all seemed to enjoy the show very much, from young to old. Her music seems to be universally enjoyable to a wide range of people. One person, who has played bass guitar for years in rock bands told me that Lorna's music was "the kind of music he would like to play." Others commented that they felt like they were back in the coffee houses that they frequented years ago.

I look forward to working with Lorna again in the future.
